There are so many elements that made our wedding day memorable.  One thing that all of my guests, as well as my husband and I, can agree on is that the venue at Alderwood Farm was definitely the most memorable aspect of our wedding day.

Being that most of our guests were coming from out of town to celebrate with us we wanted to make sure that we held our reception at a place that fully embodied the spirit and culture of west-coast life. From the food to the environment Alderwood farm represented all of those things and so much more.

Jules and Reo went above and beyond to ensure that everything about our wedding day ran as smoothly as possible even though it rained pretty much non-stop all day. They worked so hard to make sure that despite the weather not cooperating all of our guests were comfortable and well-taken care of and that our reception was as beautiful as could be.

In the stressful months leading up to the wedding their communication with us was unwavering and our contact with them was always lighthearted and kind.  Everything was clearly laid out.  From the planning to the decorations to the food to the reception itself they took care of mostly everything as if they were taking care of their own daughters’ wedding. We truly appreciate all that they did for us. They treated us and our family as their own.

Our guests are still talking about the wedding as THE best wedding they have ever been to. One guest told me that out of the seven weddings she had attended this year ours was by far her favorite.

Another important point to mention is the food.  Again, people are still talking about it. The west-coast style buffet dinner was perfect as guests could choose from many different options.  No one left our wedding hungry and the food was cooked to perfection.  It was absolutely delicious and not your typical “predictable” wedding food.

Working with Reo and Jules at Alderwood Farm was a dream and we credit them fully with the success of our wedding reception.  I cannot wait to see them again and I would highly recommend Alderwood Farm to everyone!  It was the most beautiful day of our lives.
